Aude Cosmetics is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Who we are

The data controller for this website is Aude Cosmetics, Av. Diagonal, 319 Bis — 08009 Barcelona — Spain, VAT number ESY4384442N. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything relating to your data.

2. What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order contents. When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you provide. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, we also receive usage data as described in our Cookies Policy.

3. Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, to answer your questions, to send you our newsletter where you have asked for it, and to understand and improve how the shop is used.

4. Legal basis

Performance of a contract, for processing and delivering your orders. Consent, for the newsletter and for analytics and marketing cookies, which you may withdraw at any time. Legitimate interests, for keeping the site secure and preventing fraud. Legal obligation, for keeping invoices and tax records.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the shop: our payment provider, who processes your payment on their own page; our delivery partners; our hosting provider; and, if you have consented, Google and Meta as described in our Cookies Policy.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie consent is kept for six months. Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
