This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Aude Cosmetics uses on this website, what each is for, who receives the data, and how long it is kept. "Cookies" here also covers other storage on your device, such as local storage, because the same rules apply.
On your first visit a banner asks you to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or choose by category. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary items below is stored or loaded until you choose. Rejecting takes a single click and no more effort than accepting. Your decision is kept for six months, after which we ask again; if we add a new category we ask again straight away.
Select "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page to reopen the panel and change any category. Turning a category off stops those scripts loading from then on. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.
These keep the shop working and cannot be switched off. They are exempt from consent because the service you asked for cannot be provided without them.

When you go to checkout we redirect you to our payment provider, who sets their own cookies on their own page to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by that provider’s policy, not this one.
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, relying on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you reject the analytics and marketing categories, no data reaches either provider.
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
